We are registered in England and Wales under company number 10335864 and have our registered office at 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4BS, United Kingdom. De Caron is a registered trademark and any unauthorised use of this trade mark constitutes trade mark infringement, and legal action will be taken against any infringer.
Products from de Caron are available from www.de-caron.com and selected authorised dealers. We cannot guarantee that the products displayed on this
website will be available at all times and at every dealer as this is subject to availability and supply. Product descriptions, specifications, colours, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
We try our best to depict the products as accurately as possible on our website. Nevertheless, some products may appear larger or smaller than the actual size which is also due to the intention to show details of certain products.
We have tried to show the colours and detail of our products in the online store as close to reality as possible. However, the colours that appear on the screen can vary in accordance with the quality and/or settings of your monitor. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colours shown on this website exactly reproduce the colours and detailing of the actual products..
All orders are subject to availability (we will inform you by e-mail if any items are unavailable). Please note that the products in the shopping bag are not placed on order until after you have completed the checkout process and the payment has been accepted. You will receive an e-mail containing your order details which will be followed by a confirmation e-mail. Should you not receive an e-mail confirming your order and the dispatch of the products then your order has not been processed. In case we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you by e-mail and will refund the payment.
In case a product has been discontinued de Caron has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount. We will notify you if a replacement or equivalent products are available.
Orders made in another person’s name without his/her consent, or otherwise will be reported to the authorities.
Price and Payment
We reserve the right to alter prices of products on this website at any time without notice. In case there has been a pricing error when we receive your order we will contact you and you will be asked if you wish to proceed at the correct price. Once confirmed that you wish to proceed with the order please be aware that we are under no obligation to supply the product(s) until after we have sent you an e-mail confirming your order has been dispatched. Currently, de Caron is not a VAT registered company and therefore no VAT is chargeable.
You may pay by credit and debit card as well as PayPal. De Caron Ltd. does not store any credit card details. We use PayPal for our payment processing system which is compliant with industry security standards.
Prices on the website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). If you wish to pay in currency other than GBP then the price will be converted by your preferred payment provider to your preferred currency and may be subject to currency fluctuations and a conversion fee, depending on the policy of your payment provider.
In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, we may automatically cancel your order.
Promotional Offers and Codes
All promotional offers are dependent on stock availability and may change at any time.
Promo codes are only accepted when entered during the checkout process. Please note that the promo codes can only be applied to full price items (codes won’t be accepted for sale items) and only one code can be used per order. The same promo code cannot be used more than one time by the same purchaser. Promotional codes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
We ship worldwide however; there can be a rare case that we cannot process the order due to shipping restrictions (we most probably might not be able to send orders to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea).
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. Delivery timings and costs depend on the stated delivery address’s location. (Please see our Delivery page for information on options, timings and costs of delivery). Where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and de Caron cannot be held liable for late delivery of goods.
Please note that packages are not transported during weekends and local public holidays. Due to external factors (extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.) the delivery times might vary. Estimated delivery times are for in stock products only. If we have not delivered your order to you within 30 (thirty) days of the date of the contract (or any other date that we may agree with you) then you may cancel your order and you will receive a refund of the amount of money paid by you through your original payment method.
All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. For this reason, it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address. It is the customer’s duty to supply a valid and correct delivery address.
Any potential import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer. Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Please note that de Caron cannot be liable for any additional local sales taxes imposed. Please contact your local relevant authority for more information.
The product(s) will be your responsibility from the time of delivery. Should the packaging be damaged at the time of delivery, please check the package thoroughly in the presence of the courier in order to verify the condition of the delivered product(s). Please tell the courier in case your jewellery is damaged and make a note. Get in touch with our customer service team immediately.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy
In case you need to cancel your order you can do so prior to dispatch of the product(s). Please get in touch with us immediately at email@example.com.
If you wish to return or exchange your item(s) then please write to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.
Please note that this right only applies if the item(s) are unworn and returned in the original condition including the provided branded packaging. When you prepare your parcel for the return/exchange please package the product(s) securely and include a note with your Full Name, Address and Order Number inside the parcel. You can choose your preferred courier. Please keep in mind that the parcel needs to be tracked and signed for due to security reasons. Please understand that de Caron is not responsible for the return shipment process. Shipping costs to send back the items will be at your charge.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the item(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, de Caron may have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration, up to the price of the item(s), from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled.
When notifying our customer service team you should include your Full Name, Order Number, and the Product Code of the item you wish to send back also stating the reason for the return or exchange.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for items purchased from a third party.
Once the returned item(s) will be received and inspected fully, a refund will be carried out. Please note that refunds can take several working days before appearing in your account (which shouldn’t take longer than 14 days after we have received your parcel back). We will refund by using the same method you originally used to pay for the order, unless agreed otherwise.
Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible and return the item within 14 days of receipt. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time. We will refund, repair or replace faulty product(s) if they are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective (through no fault of your own wearing or use). Given that you have not worn or used and damaged the item(s), we will refund the cost including any delivery charges you may have paid.
If you wish to exchange your product(s) then the value of the new item(s) has to match or exceed the original value of the product(s) and you will be required to pay the difference.
Warranty & Repair
Our guarantee warrants that you will receive free replacement/repair within the specified term and in accordance with the terms set forth here. This in no way affects your statutory rights.
Our watch rings are covered by a 2 year warranty and within that period we will provide you with a repair service for free. The warranty is valid for 24 months from purchase date against all manufacturing defects excluding band, glass, battery and damage caused by unauthorized third parties. You have to present your warranty card with the original purchase receipt to us or an authorised dealer.
Please be aware that in the rare case original elements are not available then parts like dial, hands, crystal glass etc. may be replaced with substitutes.
Note that replacement/repair will not be free of charge in the following cases (even during the warranty term):
- Failure or damage caused by
- inadequate use or carelessness (bumps, dents, broken crystal glass,etc.)
- unjustifiable repair or modification
- fire or water, or a natural disaster
- Aesthetic changes that occur because of aging and wear and tear (change of the colour, peeling of the plating, scratches, etc.)
- In case the warranty card has not been completed and stamped by an authorised dealer or if this information has been modified
If your product requires repair after two years, we offer a repair service for a small fee, please contact email@example.com to find out more.
Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty term. We advise you not to change the battery by yourself. You can bring it to your local de Caron dealer or send it to us and we will ensure it is professionally changed.
If you want to send your de Caron lifestyle jewellery for repair or you require a battery change, then please get in touch with our Customer Care team and write to firstname.lastname@example.org. When emailing (Subject: Warranty & Repair) our team please include your Full Name, Address and Order Number and give a comprehensive description of the issue.
At www.de-caron.com we only supply products for private use. If you use our products for any business, commercial or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any economic harm (including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profit, business interruption and business opportunity). We shall only be liable to you for losses which you suffer as a result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions by us. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these Terms and Conditions is strictly limited to foreseeable costs (e.g. the purchase price of the product(s) you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaching these Terms and Conditions).
These Terms of Condition do not limit our liability for:
- breach of any obligations considering your legal rights in relation to the product(s)
- death or personal injury resulting from our negligence
- any matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude our liability to you
We are not responsible and therefore liable for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract delayed, hindered or prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to governmental act/intervention, war, fire, flood, extreme weather, explosion, civil commotion, sabotage, criminal activity, failure in information technology or telecommunications services, prohibitions, restrictions, industrial action, poor transport conditions and failure of a third party (lack of delivery from suppliers, failure to supply data, etc.).
Please be aware that you agree that your use, or inability to use, our service (including our website and products) is at your own risk. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free and that the results by using this website will be accurate or reliable.
Please note that these Terms and Conditions in no way affect your statutory rights.

When using this website and accepting these Terms & Conditions you agree that communication with us will primarily be by e-mail. All notices (contracts, information and other communications) will be sent to the e-mail address that you have provided when you registered with us.
All content/material on this website (including images, illustrations, designs, layout, photographs, written and other text or script) is protected by copyright, trade mark, trade dress and/or other intellectual property rights owned by de Caron or its licensors. Please be aware that the contents of this website are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You will have to seek permission from us if, other than for your own personal use, want to copy, store, print or display content from this website. You (private persons as well as well as businesses or commercial enterprises) are not permitted to manipulate, reproduce copies or exploit in any way nor participate in any sale of the contents from this website.
This website may include third party content (e.g. user generated from social media) and links. We do not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos, illustrations, videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it.

These Terms and Conditions as well as your use of this website are governed by the Courts of England and Wales. To the extent permitted by law, English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court, it will be deleted from these Terms and Conditions.
The rest of our Terms and Conditions shall remain unaffected.
The contract and all communications between us will be conducted in the English language.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site (also in the future) is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
We reserve the right to terminate your account at our sole discretion which can be made without prior notice.
