Can I change an item within my order once it has been placed?
If you wish to change an item within your order, such as color, we can do so prior to dispatch. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour of placing your order.
Can I add something to my order?
You can place another order for any extra items. Please email to email@example.com and we will try our best to ship everything together if your previous order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
How will I know if you have received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation by email when we have received your order.

We send an email confirmation for each order that has been placed. Please check your spam or junk mail for our email. In case you haven’t received any confirmation, please get in touch with us and write to firstname.lastname@example.org.

What currency will I be charged in?
Prices are displayed in GBP. If you are an international customer then the price will be converted by your preferred payment provider to your preferred currency and may be subject to a conversion fee, depending on the policy of your payment provider.
Can I cancel my order?

If your order has already been shipped, we will contact the courier to have the package returned to us. After we have received the package back, we will be able to process your cancellation.

Yes, you can call us to place an order but we would recommend using the easy and fast check-out procedure on our website.

The jewellery piece I want is not available – will there be more coming in stock?
Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the product code that you would like to order and we will do our best trying to process your order. Please note that if it is out of stock that it would mean that you would probably need to wait a while for your order to reach you.
I have a promotional code, where do I apply this to my order?
During the check-out process you will be asked to enter the code. It will be applied and automatically deducted.
Does the price include VAT?
Currently, de Caron is not a VAT registered company and therefore, no VAT is chargeable.
How much duties and tax do I need to pay?
Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Please note that de Caron cannot be liable for any additional local sales taxes imposed. Please contact your local relevant authority for more information.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Not necessarily, you can use our guest check-out facility. If you wish to make an account then it is easily created during the check-out process.
I’ve forgotten my password to my account – what shall I do?
You can click the ‘forgot your password?’ link when you sign in. You will receive an email with a new password to your email address. Afterwards, you can change your password when you are signed into your account.

How long does delivery take, and what will be the cost?

Generally, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that packages are not transported during weekends and local public holidays. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. In the rare case that we cannot process the order due to shipping restrictions, we will be in touch with you and will try to find a convenient solution for you. (Please note that we most probably might not be able to send your order to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea).
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, you do need to sign for your order. If you’re not home when the package is delivered the courier company will leave a note. You can then re-arrange a delivery for a convenient time for you.
In what packaging will the jewellery be delivered?
You will receive your precious lifestyle jewellery gift wrapped inside a discreet padded envelope.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched we won’t be able to change your shipping address. However, in case your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can change your address for you. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with your name, order number and the new delivery address.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a return. Don’t forget to include your Full Name, Order Number, and the Product Code of the item you wish to send back also stating the reason for the return or exchange.
How can I send back the items?
Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order if you wish to return or exchange an item. Please note that the item needs to be unworn and returned in the original condition including the provided branded packaging. You can choose your preferred courier. Please keep in mind that the parcel needs to be tracked and signed for due to security reasons. Please understand that de Caron is not responsible for the return shipment process.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
We will refund fully for your purchased item. Shipping costs to send back the items will be at your charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for items purchased from a third party. For more information please click here for our Terms & Conditions.
How long will it take to get a refund?
Once the returned item(s) will be received and inspected fully, a refund will be carried out. Please note that refunds can take 3-5 working days before appearing in your account.
Can I return or exchange a sale or special promotion item.
Goods purchased during the Sale or promotional events cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Our lifestyle jewellery is thoroughly checked and has passed quality control; however if there seems to be some sort of problem please write to email@example.com.
Do you offer repair or battery exchange service?
Yes we do offer repairs and battery exchange service for all our products. Click here to find out more. Our jewellery is covered by a two year warranty on receipt of valid proof of purchase. Within 2 years of purchase we will provide you with a full repair service for free. The brand name was inspired by the incredible and ground-breaking invention of the 19-year old which revolutionized the art of watchmaking and made it possible to have miniature watches that tell the time correctly. The company is not run by a relative of Pierre Augustin nor are his decedents somehow involved in the brand.
I am allergic to certain metals; can I wear your jewellery?
We use stainless steel which is plated. Please click here for more information. Research has shown that stainless steel does not produce allergic reactions, nevertheless we would advise you to speak to your doctor first.
